Visa Assistance
V Education provides assistance in visa application for our students & clients. Our registered migration agents have profound knowledge and experience in all Australian visas. Our assistance and support to you will continue during your stay in Australia, so when it's time to renew your visa or apply for temporary or permanent residency, we can arrange appointment for you to meet our migration agents.
In Australia, only registered migration agents can legally give immigration assistance. To do this, they must be listed on the Register of Migration Agents, held by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority. Scope of services and Standard fees
Clients who wish to engage our services please read below scope of services carefully to ensure you understand and agree with the scope of services and standard fees. Additional services will be charged as per service agreement.
All consultations are delivered by Registered Migration Agents and/or Qualified Education Counsellor subject to the type of services required and Australian Government’s regulations

initial consultation
This is an opportunity for us to get familiar with your cases and assess the matters to see if there is an option for you.
- Consultation for up to 40 minutes
- Consultation can be delivered in person at our office or an agreed location, or virtually (via telephone, or video phone call, zoom, etc.)
STANDARD FEES: $275/standard session
SPECIALISED CONSULTATION FOR SKILLED VISAS, EMPLOYER SPONSOR VISAS, BUSINESS & INVESTOR VISAS: $350/session
(additional $75 will be charged for any 15 minutes after the first 40 minutes)
Fees are not refundable.

* As per Australian law, students must remain enrolled with the initial education provider(s) and study at least 6 months of their principal course before being able to get a release for changing education provider. It’s the student’s responsibility to obtain a release letter from their provider in order to provide to the new provider.
STANDARD FEES: $250 - $550 subject to the complexity of the matters and type of services.
Fees are not refundable.
All clients must read our Consultation Policy, the Migration Agent’s Code of Conduct and Consumer Guide before booking.
We offer paid consultations only for migration services. For education services and international students support, we offer free of charge 5 minutes of phone call to check if we can help with your situations then if we can help, we will quote accordingly.

A consultation session duration is up to 40 minutes maximum. If your matter is complex and requires more time beyond a standard consultation session and you decide to continue the session (if time allowed), you agree to pay an additional $75 per 15 minute block.
You will have a consultation with an Australian Registered Migration Agent with current registration valid, as can be verified through www.mara.gov.au
We only facilitate pre-booked consultations due to our staff availability and we often have meetings with our University, education and migration partners out of office. Our clients appreciate that we attend intensive and regular trainings in education and migration sectors to update our knowledge to better assist our clients. Therefore, please make a booking and payment to receive a confirmed appointment before visiting us.
Why you need an initial consultation before engaging our services:
The initial consultation provides an opportunity for us to understand your immigration situation in detail, assessing eligibility and potential pathways based on the information you provide. We help identify relevant immigration options, offer customised advice and relevant application process and estimated processing times and costs, enabling you to make informed decisions about your case. We will quote according to your available options so you can make decisions to further engage our services.
Payment
Upon booking enquiry of your consultation, payment is required immediately. By booking, you agree to a non-refundable fee for the consultation.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your consultation with 24 hours’ notice or more via email: hello@vedu.com.au
Cancellations
All cancellations more than 24 hours in advance incur AUD $75 admin fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours incur full fee charged, no refund available.
Lateness and No Shows
We do not provide refunds for lateness or missed appointments. If you miss your scheduled appointment, the consultation fee is non-refundable, and you will need to re-book by paying the fee again. It’s essential to arrive on time for your consultation, as arriving late may result in a shorter session due to meeting room and our availability.
RMA unavailable
If your chosen Registered Migration Agent is unavailable due to unexpected circumstances, we will either reschedule your appointment at no extra cost or arrange for the next available staff on the same day or at your agreed time.

Agreement of terms
Booking an appointment signifies your understanding and acceptance of the Consumer Guide and our Consultation Policy. Engaging our services will require a separate agreement, distinct from the consultation.
